How to list

Create a free account
Sign up with your email and verify it. We use Argon2id for passwords and TLS for everything in transit.
Post your listing
Add photos, set the precise location on the map, fill in price, size, and amenities, and write a description in any of our three languages.
Reply to messages
Interested renters and buyers will message you in your inbox. Respond, schedule a viewing, and decide on your own terms.
Optionally boost
If you want a visibility burst, buy a one-time boost from your listing page. The boost runs, then ends. Nothing to cancel.

Tips that work

Things our highest-performing listings do consistently:

Take 8–15 photos in daylight. Wide-angle shots of every room, plus exterior and the building lobby.
Pin the location accurately. Renters trust an exact pin more than "near the centre".
Write the description in the language(s) your most likely renters speak. Russian-speakers in Riga, Latvian for residents, English for international tenants.
Be specific about utilities, deposit, pets, and minimum stay. The first message is usually about one of these.
Update the listing weekly. Recency is a real ranking factor.

Listing is free. The only thing you ever pay for is an optional boost — a one-time fee to raise a listing in our visibility ranking for a fixed period. Four tiers, from €3.99 (24 hours) to €49.99 (7-day Featured on the homepage).

Listing rules in brief

The full rules are in the Terms of Service. The short version:

You must own the property or have the owner’s authorisation to list it.
Photos and details must be accurate and current.
No discrimination on protected characteristics. No bait-and-switch.
Once a property is rented or sold, mark the listing as such or remove it.
No off-platform fees, deposit-grabs, or external payment links inside listings.
